Spend a full week at CERN for an immersive learning experience curated by Global experts.
The Masterclass is an exclusive, one-week academic programme organised by Dr. Archana Sharma, Senior Scientist at CERN, along with fellow scientists in Geneva, Switzerland.
The certified programme brings together senior students from schools across South Asia for expert-led lectures, visits to CERN experiment sites, and hands-on certified workshops.
Every year, select students have the opportunity to participate in this extended training visit at CERN. This specialised visit goes beyond the public exhibitions and introduces students and teachers to the experiments and the scientists who are creating history.
Visit LIVE EXPERIMENT SITES and specialised research facilities.
Interact with GLOBAL EXPERTS in Cosmology, Antimatter, Super Symmetry and much more.
Learn about ENGINEERING, CRYOGENICS, GRID COMPUTING and Superconductivity.
BUILD YOUR OWN EXPERIMENT guided by experts.

Home to the World Wide Web, the 27 km long Large Hadron Collider and the Nobel Prize winning discovery – the Higgs Boson – CERN is the epicentre of cutting edge research in the field of High Energy Physics, Engineering and Computer Science.
At CERN, over 15,000 scientists and engineers from all over the world are studying the origins of life and matter.
Explore real experiments, uncover groundbreaking discoveries, and step into the future of science.

All the scientists at CERN were so passionate and approachable. It was really inspiring and I came back with so much learning, not just about Science, but also about how to make teaching fun and engaging.
Vandana Banga The Heritage SchoolThe trip showed me diverse fields of expertise like Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Data Computing and many more.
Anshul Rao DPS Bangalore SouthThis is a must for all Science lovers and for anybody who wants to learn more about the world. I am so inspired that I would like to come back someday and work alongside these amazing people.
Ananya Vinayak The Shri Ram SchoolWe visited the antimatter factory and learned about the properties of this seemingly elusive substance with startling clarity. We even built our own cosmic ray detector using a few simple substances: dry ice, isopropyl alcohol, an anodised aluminium plate and a small open glass box.
